CBP 6.0 RAIL Preparation (00003440 A)

The new procedure for preparing rail 00003440 for installation on the bike additionally includes steps related to shortening the rail.

The new rail dimensions after machining are shown in drawing: 00004050 A GUIDE TAIL APP 09.09.2025.pdf

The new rail length is 493.36 mm +/-0,5, which corresponds to 19.42 inches +/-0,02. The rail is shortened on the slot side.

The method of fitting the rail described in the document below is still applicable.
